Abstract (EN)

SUMMARY A SOFTWARE MODEL FOR ACTUALIZATION OF UNIT PRICE IN DETERMINING BUILDING COSTS Determination of building cost is an important factor to organise required resources for building. Cost calculation methods is used to determine building construction costs in all over the world. The unit price analysis method of the Ministry of Prosperity, which is parallel to these methods, is widely used for many years in our country. This method was developed before the important of computer technology but it is proper to adopt computer technology. If a completed building is accepted as a product, this product is produced by sub products which are separately as a result of production. In conclusion a building is made of many constructions and components of constructions. Namely the components of construction which are raw- material, labour, machine-equipment and other inputs can be evaluated main variables of the value of building coat. This study makes possible the control and interpretation of these variables by computer-aid. The method is restructured to model for computer in this study. The building cost and its components related with buildings can be controlled according to objectives by using this restricted model. The change of constructions inputs calculated by B.B.B.F.A. method (quantity and price) result to changes knowledge of total construction cost in continuous succession. This change in market price is determined by The Ministry of Prosperity. These given market prices change very rapidly and the calculations based on these prices may become doubtful.
