Özet (EN)
The aim of this phd thesis is to develop a model (YYKO) which can automatically check the fire precautions of building either in design stage or completed stage according to national fire regulations (BYKHY) in Turkey and in this context, contribute to improving fire safety precautions of the building in our country. First national and international scientific research that have been made on the subject of thesis reviewed in this study. In addition computer programing languages were investigated for the ?YYKO?model which has been developed in this thesis and it is decided to use the platform of Microsoft Visual Studio.Net 2008 and Visual Basic.Net programing language. YYKO model has been developed in two different structures windows and web application. The user interface forms were developed in each application which consist of some questions and autocad drawings according to Turkey Fire safety regulation (BYKHY). The information collected from the interface forms is recorded to a central database. In the conclusion part a case study will be carried out to validate the model via sample projects.
