Abstract (EN)

Today's automotive industry, the importance of cost-effective, lightweight ve reliable have been getting popular among manufacturer. In this competitive environment, The finite element analysis plays an important role due to its advantages like fast and cheap verification of the design. In this study, Friction coefficient, bush material, and geometrical imperfections have chosen as simulation parameters and these were investigated according to UNECE R11 regulation force directions. After simulations' results were compared with experimental tests' results to determine optimum parameters of the simulation. As a result of the comparison between trunk hinge's tests and simulations, 0,1 friction coefficient, F-0000-10 bush material and geometrical data with imperfections were determined as optimum parameters for loadings at X direction. For Y and Z directions, 0,2 friction coefficient, F-0000-10 bush material, and geometrical imperfection were inspected as an optimum parameter.
