Abstract (EN)

Primary health services are common and accessible preventive and therapeutic services organized for the prevention of diseases, protection and development of health, and which individuals first apply for their health needs. It is important that these services are effective, efficient and preferable. Therefore, it is necessary to measure the quality of service and examine the factors affecting the quality in primary health care services. It is aimed to measure the perceived service quality in the KETEM (cancer early detection, screening and education center) and Tuberculosis Dispensary units of Bingöl Central Community Health Center with Servqual method and to examine the effect of health perception and personality characteristics factors affecting the health status of individuals with this cross-sectional type study. 460 people were included in the study. In the study, the Perception of Health Scale median value was 44. The median values in the Eysenck Personality Questionnaire Revised- Abbreviated subdivisions are, respectively; "extroversion"; 4, "neurotism"; 2, "psychotism"; 2.65 and "lie"; 5 detected. As a result of the research, the highest expectation in service quality was seen in the "confidence" sub-dimension, the lowest expectation was in the "physical characteristics" sub-dimension, the highest perception was in the "confidence" sub-dimension and the lowest perception was in the "physical characteristics" sub-dimension. Servqual Score (-0.02) negative (-) for perceived service quality has been determined. Gender, marital status, health insurance and education level factors affect Servqual scores in the research group. The Perception of Health Scale sub factors which "control center" (OR: 1,11) and "importance of health" (OR: 1,16) contributed significantly to the model with logistics regression analysis established to estimate perceived service quality.
