Investigation of the effect of equestri̇an club facility environmental factors on participants' satisfaction, loyalty and behavior intent

Our research aim is to examine the effects of satisfaction, behavioral intention and loyalty of people who attend large-scale equestrian sports and equestrian clubs which are federated within the Turkish Equestrian Federation and whose facility standards are suitable for organizing competitions, against the factors of the facility environment. As a result of the analyzes made for this purpose, seven factors affecting the sports facility environment have emerged. These factors are; facility accessibility facility parking, facility aesthetics, scoreboard quality, seat comfort, indoor accessi bility, signs and signage. Our sample consists of 402 participants who actively receive service from these facilities. IBM SPSS 26 and AMOS 24 package programs were used for data analysis. The reliability levels of the scales were tested with the cronbach-alpha coefficient. In the research, first of all, the reliability coefficients of the data were calculated and by looking at the normality values, the parametric tests, the "t test" for paired groups and the "anova" test for multiple groups, were applied. When the findings were examined, it was revealed that the data had a normal distribution according to the skewness and kurtosis values of the factors, according to the results of the reliability analysis, the facility accessibility of the Cronbach alpha coefficients was at an acep table level, and all other scales and sub-dimensions had a high level of reliability. Statis tically significant differences were found in the averages of the factors related to the riding facility environment between the people aged 17 and under and those aged 18-39. As a result of the "structural equation model", which is used to test the models that consist of the combination of factor analysis and regression analysis, generally observed and including latent variables, it has been determined that the factors of the riding facility environment have a positive and significant effect on participant satisfaction Participant satisfaction also has a positive significant effect on behavioral intentions and participant loyalty, while behavioral intentions have a positive effect as a mediator on participant satisfaction and participant loyalty.
