Abstract (EN)

This study was carried out as a field trial in the hazelnut garden in Darıyerihasanbey village of Kaynaşlı districit of Düzce provinve in order to determine the effect of vermicompost application consisting of biochar and worm manure produced by pyolysis from chicken manure on the mineral composition of hazelnuts. While the effect of vermicompost (0, 2.5kg, 5kg/pit) and biochar (0, 10kg, 20kg/pit) applications applied at different doses o the pH of the soil was determined to be insignificant a significant increase in the salt content of the soil was observed with the biochar application. VxB interaction had a significant effect on Ca, Fe, Mn, Cu, Pb, Ni and Cd contents. When bochar averages were examined, it was determined that it increased the salt contenst of K, Ca, Mg, Fe, Mn, Cu, Cd, Ni Pb and soil. When the averages of vermicompost applications were examined, it was determined that K, Ca, Mg, Cu, Fe and Cd contents increased, while Pb and Mn contents decreased. As a result of the study, it was determined that the use of biochar and vermicompost separately or together increased the mieral element content of the pant.
