Özet (EN)

In this study, all patients who had COVID-19 were positive for the virus that was confirmed by PCR test. Samples of each major group were divided into two subgroups, as age with (<30 years, and age more than 30 years) to the understanding of the influence of age on the relationship with COVID-19 and GDM in this study. in control group the mean age was (age < 30 26.300±1.63, age > 30 33.0± 4.88) and the results showed that there were a nonsignificant (P>0.05) mean age that is to the in control groups The present result shown a significant correlation between gestation Diabetes Mellitus with advance age as compared with weight and height. The present studied result were shown mean ± SD for blood glucose, HBA1C% and insulin of studied patients group with healthy subjects were statistically significant difference (P<0.05) was found between GDM with COVID-19 and GDM in comparison with control groups. mean ± SD for a female reproductive hormone of studied patients group with healthy subject Estrogen levels increased in GDM and COVID-19 compared with control groups. There was no significant change when we compared progesterone levels in three main groups and also shown no significant change when we compared testosterone levels in three main groups covid 19 group and GDM and control group mean.
