Abstract (EN)

Medication noncompliance among bipolar disorder patients reduces quality of life, increases hospitalization rates, treatment costs, mortality, depressive episodes with suicides, deteriorates the treatment outcome as well as the functional state and leads to an increase in symptoms. In this study we aimed to compare bipolar disorder type 1 patients whouses long-acting intramuscular(LAI) antipsychotics and who do not according to the treatment compliance.
