Abstract (EN)

With this study, some new methods were developed as an alternative to quantification methods of sibutramine presented in the literature. For this purpose, the simple, rapid, specific, accurate, reproducible and sensitive UV-Vis. Spectrophotometry, Derivative Spectrophotometry, HPLC with DAD detector (High Performance Liquid Chromatography) methods were developed in different solvent media (methanol and water), in pharmaceutical preparations (capsule dosage forms) and in human plasma as in-vitro (live outside) for quantitative determination of a commercial drug (Reductil capsules, 15 mg) containing the active ingredient Sibutramine.Developed analytical methods were applied easily and successfully both to pharmaceutical preparations and to biological fluids. Also bioanalytical method validation was achieved for comparison as statistical of developed methods both in pharmaceutical preparations and plasma levels in live outside.
