Abstract (EN)

Turkey has taken important step for increasing the wealth of the country to the top, with National Energy and Mining Policy by using energy sources efficiently and reliable for environment. Energy imports are highest ratio of Turkeys current account deficits with %70, it is required to decrease energy imports by managing energy resources efficiently and implementing sustainable solutions. Within the scope of the National Energy and Mining Policy, Turkey has determined strategies for reducing foreign dependency in energy, using energy resources more efficiently in public, private sector, industry and residences. In this study, which was prepared on the basis of national strategies, an Ore Enrichment Facility in the mining sector was discussed in line with the objectives of increasing energy efficiency in the industry, using mines and resources more efficiently. within the objectives of the improvement of risks affecting production and energy efficiency in the facility; Considering the process – machine – ore - environment interaction of the operators who are responsible for the operation and maintenance of the machines, the Failure Mode Effects and Analysis (FMEA) - Process FMEA (PFMEA) method was preferred within the risk assessment methods. The study was carried out on the basis of the current AIAG VDA 2019 PFMEA form, which allows the Process FMEA method to be applied more effectively.
