Abstract (EN)
Decision making is a very important element which takes a major place in every person and complany life and directs it. Existence and success of a company, or a man, depend directly on decisions which are given rightly. In decision making process, it is strongly needed that the quantity and quality datas must be considered, computed and encountered without any neglection in any subprocess. This study is a sample of decision making without any neglection by Analytic Hierarchy Method which gives chance to evaluate the problem with both numerical datas and experimental judgements counted.This study, that is prepared under the name of ?Using The Analytic Hierarchy Method On Choosing The Vendor- Distributor Of A Foreign Trading Company? includes four main chapters. First chapter of this study is about decision making, decision making process and managerial decision making which is the base line of AHM. Second chapter includes the main, detailed information, characteristics and process of Analytic Hierarchy Method. Third chapter is a preparation part for the fourth; it consists of detailed information about ?Distribution? case of the goods. Fourth chapter is the practice part of the study; first it gives the information about the firm where the study is made; then the working process and results.
