In this dissertation, initial investment cost, system performance ratio, production analysis, payback period, the parameters that effect system performance ratio and total yield of a PV power plant which is located in Ankara province of Turkey and was commissioned in November 2014 with the capacity of 1150 kWp/1000 kWe was evaluated within the the scope of "The Legislation Regarding to Unlicensed Electricity Production on Electricity Market" published in 2011. Financial analyses of the PV power plant is examined with taking into consideration of electricity production values during one year since November 2014 which is the approval date of the system. As a result of all the investigations and analyses, it is concluded that the system is economically feasible. It is also predicted that the payback period of the system will be less than 7 years.
