Construction industry is a large scale motivating factor amongst other industries despite of its heavy and risky working environments and its staff and labour profiles. Accidents and incidents occur in this working environment due to either Employer?s negligence or Employee?s negligence and their lack of training. These accidents and incidents cause temporary injuries, permanent injuries and disabilities and even fatalities on employees. Endless efforts are taken in our country as well as all around the world to prevent accidents and accident caused financial affects.All scientific research activities contribute legal arrangements and both shade a light on presentation of accidents.In this report, one of the leading Construction Company?s 93 accidents have been analyzed which those occurred in last 2 years time in order to reach a statistical conclusion.Research has shown that most of the accidents are fall related and these accidents are the most harmful to human health. Again most of the fall related accidents caused head injuries. All those who are injured had limited educational background. It has also been observed that the construction industry enlarges during summer and spring seasons and the accidents are more frequent in these periods. Majority of the accidents had occurred either in early mornings or near to breaks.A quick glance to percentage dispersion of accidents per week day has shown that almost all the weekdays have had similar rates except Sundays. This has proven that from the employees? perspective lack of concentration from Employer?s perspective lack of presentation and supervision.
