Abstract (EN)
Theory of Constraints was applied with the aim of solving the constraints and improving the process, in this study. The step-by-step implementation of Thinking Processes, first of all, involves problems with current realistic pain practice. An analyzer has been developed with this problem through evaporative cloud application and the predicted improvements have been determined with the help of reality tree application. Preliminary conditions are the obstacles that prevent the solution from reaching the solution cluster with the application of the tree. All the basic information that may come up with the help of transitional tree application in the course of improving step-by-step planned and analyzed processes. The constraints that have been enacted by the application of the Theory of Constraints and the constraints experienced during the delivery of the molds have arisen. With the Theory of Constraints, technical problems of the constraints lived in delivery, quality, procurement and procurement, and personal reasons are experienced. As a result, the Theory of Constraints has led to the improvement of business order delivery.
