Abstract (EN)
In this study, firstly, the Public-Private Partnership, which is a new concept in the Turkish Legal System has been examined, the models under this concept have been examined, and the applications in foreign law have been compared. Also, comparisons were made with other public service procedures in Turkey. In the second part, the build-rent-transfer method, which is one of the models within the scope of Public-Private Partnership, has been examined in terms of contract law by taking into consideration the practices. In the last part, the disputes arising from the contract have been examined within the scope of laws and case-law; legal norms and methods to be applied are discussed.
