Process and quality control in a clothing mill

In this study; it was investigated about the process and quality control of clothing. Check points were determined on manufacture of clothing and informed about statistical process control metods.The practice of this study was made in a large scale clothing factory. The statistical process control methods were used for gathering and analising of the checking datas of a model before sewing,during sewing, after sewing and before loading. Checksheets, Pareto Charts, Cause and Effect Diyagrams, X, R, P Control Charts were prepared and the process capability was checked.Keywords: Textile, Clothing, Process Control, Statistical Process Control Quality Control
