Key Words: Wind Turbine, Design, ManufacturingWind energy is used in different areas since the previous years. Water pumping, of agriculture, maritime transport of electrical energy used today, especially for the production of wind energy has been used. One of the most important reasons for thisis environmental damage caused by conventional energy production facilities and raw material input energy starts to decrease. Alternative sources of energy in parallel with these developments come to the fore. These sources include wind energy, clean,high quality, and that has an important place continuously.This study has been designed and studied to develop wind turbine for electricity generation. The necessary design calculations made prior to the design of the system Mechanical Desktop software has been used as a CAD program. After the designphase of the manufacturing details have been issued and wind turbine assembly is manufactured. In the first part of this thesis has been the definition of wind energy, wind energy studies were about. In the second chapter, described in renewableenergy sources, wind and wind information is given about the types discussed. Provides information about the wind energy potential of Turkey and the world. In the third chapter the internal structures of wind turbines, types and turbine controlsystems are given. In the fourth chapter the wings and the wings are used in wind turbines and wind energy are given information about the structure of aerodynamic equations are expressed. In the fifth chapter the calculations required for the designof wind turbine and the design was made. Design of manufacturing the turbine stages are described in details.
