Kinalizade Ali Efendi as a politicality as administration-politics relationship in the Ahlâk-i Alâî

Contrary to the view that politics should be separated by the management stipulated by modern administration and political thought, siyasetnames, an understanding in which these two concepts are dealt with is dominant. Kınalızâde Ali Efendi's work called Ahlâk-ı Alâî, which is a product of the tradition of siyasetname, was written in a similar manner. The work has a notion of management and politics, in which a distinction has been made between modern thought and politics, and the concepts are not conceived with one another. In order to survive the state and to ensure social justice and happiness, the events were approached with a holistic perspective, so concepts such as management, politics, morality and religion were considered together as a whole. The idea of the individual, family and state morality that Kınalızâde mentioned in his work constitutes a systematic of the ideal state and society structure to be reached in terms of management and politics. Ethics is the most important point on the way to the ideal state in the sense of governance and politics in Ahlâk-ı Alâî. The formation of the ideal state and society structure in the work, the ruler is bound to be virtuous. It is seen that management and politics are based on the moral basis. Consequently, in Kınalızâde thought, management and politics are concepts that are dealt with morally in terms of creating the ideal state and social structure.
