Abstract (EN)
Scheduling is a decision-making process which has a very important role in production and service systems that deals with assigning limited resources to specific tasks on the objectives. Reactive scheduling, is a repairing process on the corruptions which happens in the application of the schedule. Reactive project scheduling is consist of the repairing process of the initial schedules which corrupted by the deterioration. Instead of being done many studies on reactive scheduling on production systems, reactive project scheduling is seen that a small number of studies. Suggested solution methods by theese studies require a very high-level planning and software knowledge at real-life project manageres or is not feasible on large and complex problems which often encountered in real life.In this study, the reactive project scheduling approach is applied on a hydroelectric power plant project which in the scope of the resource constrained project scheduling problem. In application, within the project managament software packages which provides easier, fast, visual scheduling, Microsoft Office Project 2007 software and the Primavera Enterprise V.6.0 Project Management software were selected which is shown the capability of resource allocation. on the reactive project scheduling application the resource allocation capabilities of Microsoft Office Project 2007 software and Primavera Enterprise v.6.0 Project Management software?s is compared by the rule of project cost and completion time.By the resource constrained reactive project scheduling application, it is shown that the Primavera Enterpirse V.6.0 Project Management software has appropriate features as issue, thresholds and risk modules for reactive project scheduling and the resource allocation capability of Primavera Enterpirse V.6.0 Project Management software?s is higher than Microsoft Office Project 2007 software?s resource allocation capability.Science Code: 906.1.119Key Words: Reactive Project Scheduling, Resource Constrained Project Scheduling, Hydroelectric Power Plant ProjectPage Number: 143Adviser: Assist.
