Abstract (EN)
The aim of the study is to define the factors that affect the grades of pofessional satisfaction, fatigue and help requirement of the working nurses who work in surgical diseases clinics. It is a descriptive research that was made in 2016, May in the Gaziantep University Şahinbey Training and Research Hospital With the necessary corporate permissions. The research was made with 207 nurses who Works in "intesive care", "emergency" and "surgical clinic. " In the collecting of data; "personal Information Form " and "scale of life quality for workes" were used. Statistical analysis of data was made in the statistical program SPSS.20. In the analysis of data; dependent independent factors percent, t test, Kruskal Wallis, Mann – Whitney U were used. When can pared the depermants in which the nurses work and the Professional satisfaction average score, It was detected that the difference among the groups that have more average are nurses who work in clinics are statistically more expressive (p<0,05) The average score of fatigue lower dimension and the duties of nurses were compared, It was understood that the nurses who work in clinics have more average score, It was detected that the diffirence between the average fatique and the tasks of nurses was statistically expressive (p<0,05) It was understood that Professional satisfaction of pepple who choose their job willingly is higher and the difference among the groups is more expessive (p<0,01) As a result, It can be said that satisfaction rate increases as the age goes; Professional satisfactioın rate of women is higher; fatigue rate of men is higher; as the education level decreases, the help reguirement increases; working in clinics make proffesional satisfaction higher.
