Healthy working life and educational management evaluation in a university hospital: International quality development and inspection of accreditation criteria

Quality in health care fulfillment of the expectations of international and domestic shareholders in accordance with international standards. The development of science and technology, together with the increase in culture level and the importance given to humanity has become compulsory to provide health services at high standards. Healthy working life and educational management philosophy in hospitals from the perspective of working in hospital organizations to provide the necessary training for patient, patient relatives and employees in an efficient and effective manner, in line with the quality improvement activities of the hospital and providing a safe working environment and infrastructure ideal for healthcare workers. This study was designed to assess the perceptions of employees, internal stakeholders in health services, about Healthy Working Life and Education Management, determining the ideal, safe, healthy working environment and educational management facilities for employees and employees the quality of the standards applied to organizations and the influence on employees, tried to evaluate the participation, satisfaction and awareness of the employees in quality applications. A face-to-face surveys were conducted with a resident doctor and nurse working in the Hospital of Dokuz Eylül University. In the workshop, the participants had positive evaluations towards the applicability of safety and quality standards, contrary to what was expected, participants had negative evaluations towards the applicability, satisfaction and participation of management, training and physical conditions.
