Abstract (EN)
In this study, the relationships among the job satisfaction, organizational commitment and burnout of employees? in the enterprises are investigated by Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) technique.By defining the concepts of job satisfaction, organizational commitment and burnout, the scales used in the evaluation of these concepts and the sub-dimensions of these concepts are described. Literature is reviewed and it is seen that the bilateral relations between these concepts have been examined by various statistical techniques in the studies.In this study, the data obtained from the workers of a machine production and motor industry, is evaluated by SEM technique. So that, handled relations between these three concepts, measurement errors are also included in the model, have been analyzed and interpreted simultaneously. Consequently, the research hypotheses established in the study are accepted and seen that there is a statistically significant positive correlations between job satisfaction and organizational commitment, a statistically significant negative correlations between organizational commitment and burnout, and a statistically significant negative correlations between job satisfaction and burnout.Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment, Burnout, Structural Equation Modeling
