Birth of beer and it's importance in the Anatolian cultural history

In this thesis ; Birth of Beer and it's İmportance in the Anatolian Cultural History has been studied. It is discussed about the findings which are obtained from the mounds in Anatolia and the protohistorical settlements since B.C IV. On the basis of archeological data it is all tried to clear out the applications in the social and religious life. Emergence of Beer and usage of it has not been adequately addressed in our country. In particular, because of the negligibly small findings are obtained from the excavation of the ancient city in Anatolia, studies are insufficient. With this thesis, this shortcoming has been addressed. Thus, we both have the knowledge of the emergence of the beer and also tried to evaluate the beliefs and practices about the beer of the cultures which were established in Anatolia.
