Abstract (EN)

In recent years, developments in economic, social, and technological fields in the world have forced individuals to be in the financial system more than in previous years. With these developments, the importance of concepts such as financial well-being, financial literacy, financial education and financial inclusion in the financial field is increasing day by day. When the national and international literature is examined, every passing day these concepts are emphasized more and they take more place in related studies. In this thesis, by explaning the concepts of financial well-being, financial literacy, financial inclusion, in line with the answers given by the individuals, it was examined whether the Covid-19 pandemic, which affected the whole world, had an economic effect on the individuals and solution offers are presented. The aim of this thesis is to examine the financial well-being, financial literacy, and financial inclusion, status of individuals living in 13 diffirent neighborhoods included in the study in the central district of Gümüşhane, to grasp the interrelationships of these concepts and to reveal whether the Covid-19 pandemic makes a difference in the financial well-being of individuals. Questionnaires prepared under three headings as financial well-being, financial literacy and financial inclusion were prepared and applied. In order to understand the spatial analysis of the optained data, the direction of the change, spatial analysis was performed and mapped. It is thought that the difference between neigborhoods has become more evident through the spatial analysis made.
