Abstract (EN)

Introduction: It's important to determine anaerobic threshold correctly to plan favourite programmes. Purpose: The aim of this thesis is to show whether the weight values, that were found by anaerobic threshold method, are high or not for a submaximal exercise. Material and Method: 14 volunteer football players from DEU FTR team were attented the tests. They've been tested by anaerobic threshold 2 different submaximal exercise programmes have been prepared. Results: Only 7 of these volunteers could finish the 30-minute submaximal running test in individual anaerobic threshold. Laktat values and heart rates have been compared at 5,10,15,20,25,30. minutes and a meaningful discrimination has been found (p<0,05) This shows us that the exercise didn't get the steady state. The conclusion of the that was done under the weight of individual anaerobic threshold, no meaningful difference was found between the laktat values at 5,10,15,20,25,30. minutes. (p>0,05) All of the volunteers could continue this test under this weight for 30 minutes.During the submaximal exercise that was done under individual anaerobic threshold no meaningful difference was found in heart rate at 10,15,20,25,30. minutes instead of the 5. minute. This shows us a steady state has been taken during this test. When submaximal exercise, which is one level under the individual anaerobic threshold, and the other one is at that threshold laktat values and heart rates are compared, it seems that values at one level under are statisticsly lower. (p<0,05) Conclusion: Lactate and heart rate is not steady state during the submaximal test according to the Stegman and friend?s method. But lactate and heart rate is steady state under the load of Stegman and friend?s method. This shows that the load of Stegman method may be high for submaximal exercise.
