The usage of the instruments in the music lessons of the music teachers who pay wind instruments

In this study, it was aimed to determine the use of musical instruments of music teachers, whose individual instruments are wind instruments, who graduated from vocational music education institutions. In this study, which was designed as a quantitative research, the general survey model was used. 32 music teachers who graduated from vocational music education institutions and whose individual instrument is a wind instrument and working in Ankara Ministry of National Education were taken as a sample and a questionnaire consisting of two-way and five-point Likert scale questions was applied. The data that were quantified with the SPSS Statistics 20 program were interpreted descriptively. As a result of the study, it was determined that the music teachers who received wind instrument training accompanied the songs with their main instruments within the scope of music lessons but could not be able to accompany the wind instrument with their words, which could negatively affect the mastery of the class, and therefore they used other accompaniment instruments in addition to individual wind instruments.
