Abstract (EN)

The main objective of this study is to explore the impact of job/career consultancy and communication on individual career management. The study was conducted on 362 participants registered at Kastamonu ISKUR. As an exploratory study was carried out as part of the study, reliability and validity tests of the scales used in the study were first applied. Explanatory factor analysis was used to determine the factor structure of the scales used, as well as verification factor analysis to test Cronbach's alpha coefficient for determining the levels of reliability of the substances and the correspondence of the resulting factor structure with the sampling. As part of the hypotheses, however, independent sampling t-test and unidirectional variance analysis (ANOVA) methods were used to test the difference between the group averages of categorical variables in the analysis process. Finally, the Structural Equality Model (YEM) was used to identify the effects between the variables included in the research hypotheses. As a result of the statistical analyses carried out, it has been established that job/career consultancy and communication in general has a positive and meaningful impact on individual career management.
