Personality traits effects of individual career and example of business and administration

Correlation between personality and career have been subject to researchings since long years. İndividual career management is a long and planned process. This process has various factors. Especially in nowadays, rapidly changing conditions and technology are considered. İt becomes more complicated process depending on this situation students whose university graduation forthcoming are worried about their future career. İndividuals are unaware of their personality traits, incoming effects individuals sometimes tend of incompatible choices with their traits therefore they have to work on dislikes jobs and turn into unhappy people. İn this research, data will collect from on third and fourth class in Economic and Administrative Sciences Faculty of Anadolu Unıversıty. İt is intended to investigate effects of demographic features, five factor personality traits (emotional stability, extraversion, openness to experience, agreeableness, conscientiousness).
