The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between some anthropometric measurements, Skinfold measurements, Body fat mass, Muscle mass, Bone mass, Daily Calories Required, Eating habits and regl pattern of women who are interested in individual and team sports by examining some physiological parameters, menstruation and dietary patterns of female athletes who do individual and team sports. In this study, relational survey model was used. The population of the study consists of 159 female athletes over the age of 18 who are engaged in individual sports and team sports in Kırşehir Youth and Sports Provincial Directorate and whose active sports life continues. The sample of the study consists of 36 randomly selected volunteer athletes. The research was analyzed in SPSS 25 program. Frequency and arithmetic averages were compared. Some anthropometric measurements such as contracted arm thickness, relaxed arm thickness, forearm thickness, upper arm length, chest circumference, hip circumference, calf circumference, ankle circumference of athletes interested in individual sports branches were found to be higher than athletes interested in team sports branches. In abdominal and iliac measurements, athletes interested in individual sports branches were found to be higher than athletes interested in team sports branches. It was found that the habits of eating breakfast, eating fast food, eating meat and fish, and drinking water were similar in individual and team athletes and there was no significant difference. It was determined that the individual and team athletes' regular menstruation, painful menstrual periods and doing sports during menstruation were similar and there was no significant difference. It was determined that the individual and team athletes' bone fracture and bone fracture were similar and there was no significant difference.
