Abstract (EN)

Dialect of Bismil Turkmens lives in Bismil which is one of the county of Diyarbakir and Turkmenhacı, Bakacak (Seyit Hasan) and Uluturk (Turk Darli) villages and Dumlupinar street in the centre, is very important for Turkey Turkish dialects in general and east group of them in special. Dialect of Bismil Turkmens has many phonetical and morphological features differ from east group of Turkey Turkish dialects and Diyarbakir dialect and connect with Azerbaijani and Iraq Turkmen dialects. Dialect of Bismil Turkmens has common lexical items with Iraq Turkmen dialects. Determining these differences and similarities will be useful to classify east group of Turkey Turkish dialects and lighten features of dialects of east Oghuz group and relationship between them.Considering Turkmen identity as prototipe, dialects of Bismil, Sanliurfa-Musul-Kerkuk line, and also some Azerbaijani dialects can consist as a dialect group which will develop in ethnic base can be a hint to solve location problems.Differing dialect of Bismil Turkmens with some important gramatical features requires classifying Diyarbakir dialect.
