Abstract (EN)

The study was conducted in Tokat Gaziosmanpasa University, Faculty of Agriculture, Department of Horticulture in 2017 and 2018 with the aim of determining the effects of (PGPR) bacteria and vermicompost on plant characteristics of Tokat-1 Elderberry genotype. According to the applications, the number of summer shoots was found to be around 14-20 number/plant and there was no statistical difference between the applications. The longest length of shoot was measured 89 cm from the control application and the differences between applications was significant (P<0.05). The average tree crown volume was measured as 1.52-2.43 m3 and the highest value was obtained from control and PGPR application. Plant stem diameter and leaf area unaffected by the applications. The effect of the applications to the number of plant roots (46-80 number / plant), root diameter (7.88-10.45 mm) and total dry matter weight of the root (%28.79-31.63) were similar values. Leaf chlorophyll values varied between 24-28 ccI average and differences between applications was significant (P<0.01). When N (3.00-0.85 mg / L), Zn (68.71-39.10 mg / L), Na (0.020-0.014 mg / L) and Fe (193.97-100.00 mg / L) leaf nutrient contents were examined, the differences between the applications were statistically significant (P <0.05).
