Abstract (EN)
In this thesis work, used as a tea in our country and in many countries due to its healing properties and sold in herbalists in the province of Tokat in plant species (the linden (Tilia cordata), the May chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla L.), the fennel (Foeniculum vulgare), the St. John's wort (Hypericum perforatum), the garden mint (Mentha piperita), the turmeric (Curcuma longa), the licorice root (Glychrrhiza glabra), the thistle (Silybum marianum), the ginger (Zingiber officinale) and the rosehip (Rosa canina L.) ) Cu, Zn, Ni, Cd, Fe and Mn concentrations were determined by Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy (AAS) as 1,830-0,204 mg/kg, 1,80-0,311 mg/kg, 4,164-0,120 mg/kg, 0,327-0,181 mg/kg, 20,059-0.419 mg/kg, respectively.
