Abstract (EN)

In this study, a total of 3 geopolymer concrete slabs were produced by using blast furnace slag, with a total fiber content of 1.5% by volume, with micro steel fiber, 2 mixed fiber consisting of basalt and glass fiber fiber, and a fiberless control mixture with a total of 3 geopolymer concrete slabs. The effect of using fiber of the produced geopolymer plates on the mechanical properties under diagonal loading was investigated. Blast furnace slag was used as the main binder in the production of geopolymer concretes. Sodium silicate and sodium hydroxide were used as activators within the scope of the study. Sodium hydroxide solution was prepared at a concentration of 12 moles. Hemp fiber, basalt fiber, glass fiber fiber and steel fibers were used as fiber type. For this purpose, in order to determine the mixing ratios, a total of 60 samples were produced in 5 groups, with the dimensions of 40*40*160 mm with 1%, 1.5% and 2% fiber ratios for precasting. At the end of 7 and 28 days, the changes in compressive and flexural strengths were examined and the mixture ratio that gave the best results was poured for the plate. If the graphics of the plates under diagonal loading are examined, the loading carrying capacity and displacement values are observed. Considering the displacement values they have shown, the highest displacement was observed in the steel fiber. Steel fiber is suitable for displacement due to its high tensile stress. Accordingly, the highest displacement value was found in the steel fiber. If we look at the basalt glass fiber mixture, although it reaches the same bearing capacity as steel fiber, it has not shown as much displacement as steel fiber. The fiberless sample, on the other hand, was significantly behind the others when both the displacement values and the bearing capacity were evaluated. In this case, since the basalt glass fiber reinforced mixture is the same as the steel fiber mixture in terms of carrying capacity, they can be preferred as an alternative for economic reasons.
