Abstract (EN)
In the present study, radon concentrations of some medicinal and aromatic plants that grows in Bitlis, were examined. In this study, radon (222Rn) concentrations of 50 medicinal and aromatic plant samples were measured with Radosys instrument. When radon (222Rn) concentrations were analyzed; it was seen that sample number BR47 (Achillea Biebersteinii Afan) has the highest radon concentration (3460.25 ± 53.81 Bq /m3). It was seen that sample number BR13 (Polygonum Cognatum) has the lowest radon concentration (255.70 ± 14.63 Bq /m3). In this study, the average radon (222Rn) concentration was obtained as 641.03 ± 21.21 Bq/m3.
