Abstract (EN)
Key Words: Biosludge, Polyelectrolyte, Optimum Dosage Dewatering and sludge minimizations are important issues for municipal waste water tretment plants. This study evaluated dewatering process of municipal waste water treatment plant in the city of Sakarya, Turkey. Various cationic ployelectrolites are tested for their dewatering capasity of the municipal sludge. The optimum polyelectrolte type and its optimal dosage are through experimental studies 7201 of code number and 12.5 cc (% 2 watery solution) with 150 cc biosludge , recpectively. The optimum dewatering and sludge thickening agents will very depending on the characteristics of municipal sludge.
