A study for the PLC automasion system of the biogas plants and controlling through the internet

In this study, automation system of a biogas plant was designed using Delta trade mark PLC and controlling the internet facility was aimed. For this purpose, a automation program (software) was written for controlling motors and pumps within the plants and reactors and measuring the temperature. A touch screen operator panel was also designed. System was controlled by a central computer to achieve online controlling the system by a remote user. Data?s obtained from temperature sensors were received as graphical document and these data were saved electronically. A separate alarm/ analysis page was designed and all alarms were saved and showed on the screen to inform operator for possible failures.
