Abstract (EN)
Law creates its own subjects as fictionalized devices for having the capacity of ecting efficiently in common live and obtaining rights. This process is able to be handled with the perspective of biopolitics for it makes a distinction between the pure biological bare life and the existence forms arising in the realm of social, political and legal life. This study examines the meaning and position of legal subject?s fictionalization process in the frame work of the Notion of biopolitics.
