Abstract (EN)
With the population growth in the world, the demand for energy has also increased significantly. While countries mostly meet their energy needs from fossil fuels, it is recently predicted that fossil fuels will be depleted within the next hundred years. The harm of fossil fuels to the environment has led countries to search for alternative energy sources. In this context, countries have started to provide some of their energy from renewable energy sources. Biomass systems, one of the renewable energy sources, have become one of the alternative energy sources with increasing demand due to the ease of supplying fuel. It is predicted that the use of biomass energy sources will be greater than the use of fossil fuels in the future and the carbon footprint in the world will decrease. Biomass power plants have been installed in many provinces in Turkey, and many of them are under construction. The importance of occupational health and safety in these power plants is increasing day by day. In biomass power plants, working managers, technical personnel, control operators, work machine operators, etc. The employees must have technical knowledge and equipment, and have professional qualification certificates and certificates in order not to cause work accidents. It would be appropriate to provide training to the personnel to be trained in the power plants by experts and trainers who are experienced in the field of equipment and operation. Our aim in this thesis study is to identify technical personnel working in the high-temperature steam boiler and turbine sections of biomass power plants and those who will be employed in such energy facilities in the future; Technical information, details of the equipment and equipment used, their order in the process, working principles, general information and the products created by this growth are to prevent possible work accidents and occupational diseases. Due to the wide range of equipment and armatures of high and low steam boilers used in the industry, growth in boiler rooms is the future of the guide in order to prevent possible work accidents and occupational diseases. Information was obtained about the occupational health and life of the technical personnel working in our biomass energy facilities built and ongoing in Turkey and facilities using industrial steam boilers, as well as the interruptions made, backup of the facilities and mechanical parts. Within the framework of the research conducted, it has been observed that some of the equipment used in the facilities differ as biomass power plants have just taken their place in the sector, that the working personnel do not have sufficient knowledge of the plants and the fixtures and equipment used, and that they continue their work with a lot of incomplete information. Generally, personnel are selected from the regions where the power plants are established. It is thought that in order for these personnel to be trained well, there should be a source that explains the equipment and fixtures in their possession and explains the damages that these parts may cause in written form. At the same time, it will reduce employees' prejudices against the power plant in terms of work accidents. It takes a long time to train experienced personnel who contribute to the operation of power plants. In order to make it possible to train more experienced employees in a short time, to work in healthier environments and to ensure the continuity of the business; it is thought that it would be appropriate to provide written resources to employees with accurate information and examples.
