(BLAS) has got the final version.Within the scope of BLAS?s validity, techniques to test the content and construct validity have been used. As a result of the reliability analysis, the value of Cronbach-alpha has been calculated as 0.96.As a result of validity and reliability analysis, it is shown that within the help of this research BLAS has a value of adequate level in validity and reliability as a scale.
