Abstract (EN)

Potential bioactive sulfonamide derivatives have been synthesized from single-vessel reactions of pyrazole acid chloride compounds with potassium thiocyanate and various aromatic sulfonamide compounds. The novel compounds obtained contain pyrazole, acyl thiourea and sulfonamide groups. Sulfa drugs containing sulfonamide groups are antibacterial drugs that have been used alone for many years in many indications. Sulfonamides, a specific family of organic sulfur compounds with the general formula R-SO2NH2, are widely used in medicine, veterinary medicine, pharmacology, biotechnology, and industry. Potential biologically active sulfonamide derivatives were spectroscopically characterized by 1H NMR, 13C NMR, FTIR, HRMS and elemental analysis methods. Year, xv + 68 Pages
