Özet (EN)

The specification of energy loss of shell fragments, have to be truly known for espacially medical domain working. This working have been holded in many times for electrons, but not for positrons. In this project, calculations have been done by using the stopping power equation which was offered by Tsoufinadis (1995) for energy values of the positrons which radiate from common used radioisotopes (11C, 18F, 13N ve 15O) and radioisotopes (64Cu, 24I, 38K, 45Ti, 57Co, 68Ga, 109Cd ve 139Ge) used in the future of positron emission tomography (PET), between 0.00004 MeV and 0.001 MeV. The targets used in this working are blood, soft tissue, urea, testis, brain, muscle, skin, lung, eye lens, cortical bone, compact bone. The stopping power between 0.00004 MeV and 0.001 MeV, was calculated and derived at maximum energy.
