Özet (EN)
Biological risk management creates applications, procedures, system processes and policies to manage laboratory biological discs, which are vital in the daily operations of research institutions, including biological materials, biological technologies and scientific information. Biorisk surveillance is the main function within biorisk management, which constantly monitors these processes, procedures, system processes and policies to rate the compatibility of research institutions and laboratories. The selected Agent Pathogen Program (hereinafter only SAP will be used) is of great importance in terms of biological risk management, in addition to ensuring the public health and occupational health and safety of the concepts of biosecurity and biosecurity, it also prevents the danger of bioterrorism. Management of these appears as biological risk management. With the establishment of this system, the whole system from the legislative deficiencies in this field to the working principles, occupational health and safety measures and follow-ups, emergency plans, incident response plans, as well as how the permits, inspections and trainings will be made, will be provided.
