Abstract (EN)
There are many simulation environments used to model individual neurons and neuronal networks. These environments provide a variety of tools for appropriately modeling, managing, and using neuronal models for computationally efficient computation. Thus, they are particularly suitable for studying problems closely linked to experimental data and problems involving cells with complex, anatomical, and biophysical properties. In this study, NEURON simulator, which is one of the mentioned software, was used and the advantages and programmatic structure of the software were examined. At the same time, Hodgkin-Huxley neuron model, which is frequently used in neuron dynamics, electrical, chemical and dynamic synapse models between neurons, the structures of some network topologies are explained and realized with the NEURON simulator. Finally, in the study, a hybrid small world network model containing electrical and chemical synapses was established and the phenomenon of spike silence was investigated under various parameters of the population.
