Abstract (EN)

In this study, hydroxyapatite (HA) and Calcium-Phosphate (CaP) phases using biomimetic method using biomimetic method, powdered, 3D porous collagen/functionalized multi-walled carbon nanotube/chitosan on the reduced graphene oxide on Titanium surface that has undergone different pretreatment. synthesized on Ti6Al4V alloy on scaffold. Hydroxyapatite synthesis was also performed with sol-gel to compare the synthesis method. In addition to these, synthesis of Ag, Zn or Co doped HA by biomimetic method and then coating of functionalized Ti with Ag, Zn or Co doped HA/fMWCNT composite was performed. Finally, the drug delivery system NCQDs/Dox/HA hydrogel was developed. Synthesized hydroxyapatite, tricalcium phosphate, brushit, reduced graphene oxide, Ti and Ti6Al4V after pre-surface treatments, functionalized carbon nanotube, Ag, Zn or Co doped HA, functionalized Ti, Nitrogen doped carbon quantum dots; Characterization, interactions and examinations of the coatings and 3 dimensional porous scaffolds, hydrogels prepared, XRD, SEM, FESEM, TEM, Raman and FTIR spectrophotometry, zeta potential, DLS, TGA, EDS, XPS, EIS, BET, UV-Vis, optical microscope, MTT, contact angle, surface energy, compression and adhesion test, gelling time, injectability, DST measurements, antibacterial activity, drug release measurement on normal and cancerous cells and bioimaging measurements. As a result of the studies, biomimetic HA with different morphologies can be synthesized by using microwave assisted biomimetic method in SBF with different Ca source; biomineralization of GO can be accelerated by changing the reduction rate; in the HA coating of Ti surface, different front surface processes have different effects on the coating process; Col/fMWCNT/CS/HA 3D porous bone scaffold is suitable for spongy bone; a CaP phase and the brushit phase leading to bone formation are possible in biomimetic conditions with the modification of SBF; the solution ratio of HA produced by sol-gel method affects the synthesized HA properties; biomimetic synthesis of Ag, Zn or Co doped HA is possible, and functionalization of Ti surface increases interactions with Ag, Zn or Co doped HA/fMWCNT composite; it has been found that NCQDs/Dox/HA hydrogel produced with HA additives promises to be used as an in-vivo smart drug delivery system.
