Abstract (EN)

In this study, It has been exhibited the effects of parameters such as pH, time, the amount of horseradish (HRP) peroxidase on the enzyme based polymerization for the removal of Butylated Hyroxyanisole (BHA), 4- Aminophenol, 4-Aminothiophenol, 4-Mercaptophenol and Pentachlorophenol phenolics from wastewater using Smectite (S), Quartamine modified Organosmectite (QS) and Polystirene Modified Organosmectite (PS/QS). For this purpose, the removal of polymerized phenolics from aqueous solutions in the presence of HRP enzyme has been investigated considering the decreased amount of BHA, AF, ATF, MF and PKF in aqueous solutions. In addition, FTIR, 13C CP/MAS NMR and MALDI-TOF-MS characterization studies have been done for the model phenolic ATF.
