A study on the importance and the value of the periodical "our Turkey"in terms of folk literature

What makes the of a nation noble is not science or art at all.Of what value are science and art if people live low lives? Nobility of the souls comes first and this nobility of souls manifests itself not in the form of ideas but in the form of conduct of behaviors.Many people regard intellectualism not as an increase in responsibilities but as a license to make more benefit. Conducts of intellectuals in Turkey against their country is generally not kind and honestly. Ones who didn?t see a single village of this country, who didn?t think over a single problem of villages, and more importantly, who didn?t feel the need for seeing the village and understanding this problem, recomended remedies to the problems of our villager from the books of foreigners which they read to kill their time.The problem of village and villager resembles an expression with multiple variables which is not easy to figure out. Nothing can be understood from their bellies, purses, clothes, belongings and limited daily habits. Extremely complex life in the village can not endure the limited explanations with limited observations of the form of the life in the village and the obscure earthly manners of the villagers, common comparisons, and above all, romantic impressions. We hereby invite not only our experts and scientists but also anyone who thinks, suffers, knows and loves villages to think over this untouched issue.Political magazine means a magazine which will suggest claims that will render judgment by considering the realities of the country and political events. Jugments and claims about events ocur in opinions. These opinions may be like beams of light of a mentality and esteemed values illuminated over events.
