Abstract (EN)

One of the areas most affected by the changing and improving technology is intellectual property law. With the improvement of technology, the method in which intellectual property law protects copyright rights are also changing. FSEK contains a one-sided protection as of the period it was made and it cannot provide full protection in the virtual world as it protects the rights of the owner of the work in the physical world. For this reason, we have determined and limited our working position as protecting the rights of the owner of work metamorphosed with changing technology. In the first part, the rights of the copyright and how technology makes it difficult to protect these rights in the virtual world is explained. In the second section, Digital Right Management system, which is widely used as technological protection, is focused on. Improving technology has brought us another right protection system today. In the third part, the structure of this technology is clarified. Blockchain technology and smart contract notion are explained.
