Abstract (EN)

The aim of this research is to demonstrate the impact of question-asking level teaching on students ' critical thinking skills. In the study, a semi-experimental pattern with a prestest-sontest control group, which is one of the quantitative research methods, was used. In the 2017-2018 academic year, 50 seventh grade students (38 girls and 34 boys) were enrolled at Ziya Gökalp Secondary School in Malatya province. Data in the study "Personal Information Form " prepared by the researcher and 8 in schools associated with National Education. The class was collected through the text "to win or lose time" by Şevket Rado, which is included as a text in the Turkish textbook. In the study, the UF/EMI critical thinking tendency scale and the question asking levels Test were applied. As a result of the research, test and control group Students ' critical thinking skills and level of asking questions according to bloom's updated taxonomy compared to final-Test scores
