Özet (EN)

Corporate identity is a combination of characteristics differing the organization from other organizations and provides many benefits to the organization. At the beginning of these benefits is to have a positive image at the head of the stakeholders, creating a strong corporate reputation as well as increased employee motivation and commitment. The purpose of this study is to determine the corporate identity components of the development agencies operating in Turkey. Thus, it is aimed to provide suggestions on corporate identity practices of development agencies and contribute to the literature since there is no work on this field. In line with this goal, a web site based document analysis was held by examining institutional web pages of 26 development agencies operating in Turkey. Collected data were analyzed with descriptive analysis and content analysis. The findings show that development agencies are experienced in the practice of corporate identity, but there are some shortcomings. The thesis ends with suggestions for development agencies in terms of corporate identity practices and for researchers working on development agencies.
