Investigation of the core stabilization, respiratory functions and risk of injury in the football referees in bolu region

The aim of this study was to investigate the core stabilization, respiratory function and risk of injury values of football referees. A total of 34 individuals with a mean age of 21,1±6,7 years were included in this study. After individuals' demoghrafic data and physical characterictics were taken, the International Physical Questionnaire Short Form was completed. Respiratory function tests, deep lumbar muscle strength and endurance, running performances, risks of injury and core stabilization were evaluated.
